He discussed different options, and provided itemized estimates that reflected those options. I had plumbing issues with my toilet, could not get it to work correctly. Called BHL Home Care and Property Management and they were available and arrived promptly. There was something hard in th neck of toilet and (IMO) and there’s it would be easier to replace than repair. They supplied a new toilet (my choice of model) and installed all within 2-2.5 hours a job well done and appreciated. I had a tree fall on my house, and my insurance company was requesting a Quote . Andrew showed up within an hour of my call and was able to get on my roof clean up all of the debris and photograph the damages for my insurance company.
